They only have a delivery confirmation number on them. Sometimes the Post office will scan in a Priority Package when they have time. But they do not have to. 3.Parcel Post. Do NOT choose Parcel Post. It does cost less than Priority, but the package is put on a truck only when there is room for it. I have seen it take 3 weeks to get one from Utah to Arizona. 4.UPS.
