1) I combine your purchases for shipping as much as possible. If it takes more than one box they may become separated during the shipping and arrive on different days.

2) Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal

3) I usually ship the day after I have received your payment, but on occasion the 2nd day.

4) Unless it is noted in the item description all products will be shipped from our inventory in Fillmore Utah. If it is small it will be shipped by First Class Mail. If it is over about 8 Lbs it will be shipped by UPS. Anything else will be shipped by Priority mail.

5) Shipping insurance is optional, but recommended, as this will pay for any loss, damage or theft incurred during shipping.

6) Damage: Inspect all packages immediately and make any claims to the carrier who delivered your purchase. Also notify me as I will help from my end where I can.

7) Shortages or errors: Please notify me immediately of any shortages or errors so I can remedy the situation.

8) All new items are warranted by their respective manufacturers. Please contact us and we will help you with getting that done. Do not ship your purchase to us.

9) Returns will be accepted if:
      A- It is within 7 days of you receiving it.
      B - The package has been unopened
      C - It is still in a sale-able condition
      D - It is shipped pre-paid back to us
      E - Only the refund for your purchase will be refunded, not the initial shipping costs
      F - A 20% restocking charge may be accessed to cover any costs incurred.

10) I reserve the right to adjust the price if I find an error has occurred. If this rare event should happen, you will be given the option to cancel your order or to make any additional payment.

1)We ship internationally to most countries. However there are two products that we sell that for one reason or another, we may not be able to ship to you:

2)The Pet Safe Pet Products can only be shipped to The USA , Canada, and some European countries.

3) The Wilton Disney products can only be shipped to the USA and Canada

4)We only accept PayPal for International Sales.

5)According to Federal Law we cannot mark your purchase as a gift, nor may we mark down the price of your item.

6)The Shipping price on the website may or may not be correct for your country. Contact us before you order, and we will give you a quote. Or if you order first, we will notify you if it is incorrect, before we process your order.
